Presentations

While I was at C3, I was fortunate to work with a CD who LOVED making presentations—elaborate, heavily-designed, overly complicated, physical THINGS that invariably blew clients away. We won a lot of business with these, and we wowed a lot of clients (the Great Wolf Lodge people howled). It taught me there's no such thing as too much attention to detail.
